Avoid mobile phones
Health experts often caution men
against any increase use of their mobile
phones. Why? Because men who use
their phones more have decreased
sperm mobility, probably due to the
electromagnetic waves.
Hit the Gym
Exercise raises a man’s testosterone and
that helps him produce sperm. So don’t
forget to exercise when you can.
Nevertheless, too much exercise or over
training can deplete vitamins and
stored hormones. Too much time on a
bike can also put excessive pressure on
the testicles, so as much as you exercise,
try and take a break for a while.

Wear comfortable underwear
Check the underwear you wear. Cotton
underwear is often the best and can
help in sperm production. You can also
decide not to wear any underwear at
all.
Avoid stress
Being stressed out often can affect your
adrenal glands, and this may affect
sperm production.
Try and relax. Get enough sleep.
Have fun with your friends and family.
